Lesbian Visibility Week Celebration!

Let's talk about how we can support each other! Lesbian Visibility Week is a great time to reflect on how lesbians are treated within the LGBTQ+ community, not to mention in everyday life at the unique intersection of misogyny and homophobia that results from the fact that lesbians’ lives and relationships don’t revolve around men (except for living in a patriarchal society). Diva Magazine (UK) Publisher Linda Riley wrote in a blog, “Lesbians need to be given space to be visible on our own terms.” This week is to celebrate and support lesbians in our lives and communities.
